MLK-24493 arm64: dts: imx8dxl-evk: enable pcie on default dts
A1 chip already fix pcie issue, so enable pcie in imx8dxl-evk.dts,
and remove the extra file "*-pcie.dts".
Current BSP doesn't support A0 chip after the change.
