These nodes are already defined in the module level include file.
Just remove the identically defined nodes and delete the nodes
for not v4l2 inputs not accessible on Ixora.

As the Fusion touchscreen is not belong to the specific board but a part
of peripheral, move it to the module level. Add the node name to use it
in an overlay.

Now HDMI interface is driven with an overlay, so that it is not needed to
configure hdmi_ddc on a board level.
Move all i2cddc/hdmi_ddc stuff to the module level and disable it by
default.

PWM-part of the backlight device is the same for all Toradex boards.
Move all backlight properties to the module-level devicetree.
Remain the device disabled - it should be enabled in corresponding
overlays.

The LCD (parallel RGB) and LVDS interfaces and all related stuff are
driven with overlays. This stuff is already disabled for Evaluation board.
Disable it for all versions of Ixora board as well.

The touchscreen Atmel MXT TS is integrated to display panels.
Remove its definition from the main device trees.

The pcie driver now uses the gpiod framework. Drop the property
reset-gpio-active-high as this now inverts twice having the pin in
the wrong state.
Since pcie-reset is implemented with RESET_MOCI# this fixes all users
of RESET_MOCI#, among them USB Host.

This commit unifys the backlight settings. All displays sold by Toradex
are now supporting 150Hz as a PWM backlight typical frequency.
Use this value for all SoM's and put also some better default values
for different brightness.

stuff for downstream is put into those devicetrees.

The pinctrl properties on the IOMUXC node get overwritten by the
carrier board level device tree, hence the pinctrl_reset_moci
pinctrl does not get applied.
Associate the pinctrl_reset_moci pinctrl with the PCIe node where
we also make use of the pin as a reset GPIO.
Since the pin is muxed as a GPIO by default not muxing it explicitly
worked fine in practise.

All Toradex Carrier Boards use a st,m41t0 compatible RTC. Compared
to a st,m41t00 this RTC has also an oscillator fail bit which allows
to detect when the RTC lost track of time.

Migrate to using functionally-reduced I2C master contained in the DWC
HDMI. Therefore drop the GPIO bitbanging based i2cddc definition and
modify resp. pinctrl.
While at it re-order the I2C aliases to start with the generic, followed
by the camera and concluded by the power I2C one.

The SD1 pinctrl-0 property is overridden but only the card detect pin
is muxed, the control and data signals are not referenced at all.
It worked because the bootloader muxed them to a sensible state though.
Fix this.

Adding reset-gpio-active-high boolean DT binding property, which we need to
make PCIe working on Apalis SoMs and not break old DTBs. While at it, I've
fixed comment and GPIO polarity.
On Apalis SoMs the GPIO1_IO28 used to PCIe reset is not connected directly
to PERST# PCIe signal, but it's ORed with RESETBMCU coming off the PMIC,
and thus is inverted, active-high.
