toradex-mirrors: use new artifactory link for sources
Sources from TorizonCore and BSP are aggregated on new artifactory repository
https://artifacts.toradex.com/artifactory/tdxref-torizoncore-sources-frankfurt/
Use this new link plus $TDX_MAJOR to use the correct sources for the current
major version
