This dependency is not needed anymore and without further changes now makes do_configure even fail. So we drop this. Do configure samba with quota installed the following additional entry to meta-networking/files/waf-cross-answers/cross-answers-arm.txt would be needed: checking for clnt_create(): OK This reverts commit 1ea8042efa053e94c011d4b2e8835cf4e2e05ad6.
