linux-firmware: add package nxp89xx
This adds the sdiouart8997_combo_v4.bin firmware required for Wi-Fi via
SDIO and Bluetooth via UART as implemented on Verdin iMX8M Plus 4GB WB
IT V1.1A modules.
Based on meta-imx commit e34a73c794bf
("linux-firmware_%.bbappend: Deploy firmware of NXP SDIO8997 and PCIE9098 [YOCIMX-5415]")
