Update hashes of the following external layers:
- meta-security
- meta-updater
- meta-virtualization
Also update meta-toradex-torizon to the latest dunfell-5.x.y and
meta-toradex-distro to the latest master.

meta-qt5 layer got added and recipe names changed. Bump the hash
so builds are not failing due to missing bblayers.conf.
