Zwane Mwaikambo's @arm.linux.org.uk address no longer works. In February 2013 he asked for his gmail address to be used instead [1] so let's just do that. My old @it.uu.se email address is going away, so update relevant files to point to my @gmail.com address instead. In sata_promise.c just delete the address, people can get it from MAINTAINERS.
