phydev::dev_flags contains a bitmask of configuration bits requested by
the consumer of a PHY device (Ethernet MAC or switch) towards the PHY
driver. Since these flags are often used for requesting LED or other
type of configuration being able to quickly audit them without
instrumenting the kernel is useful.

There are some ABI documents that, while they don't generate
any warnings, they have issues when parsed by get_abi.pl script
on its output result.

Address them, in order to provide a clean output.

The phylink conflict was between a bug fix by Russell King
to make sure we have a consistent PHY interface mode, and
a change in net-next to pull some code in phylink_resolve()
into the helper functions phylink_mac_link_{up,down}()

On the dp83867 side it's mostly overlapping changes, with
the 'net' side removing a condition that was supposed to
trigger for RGMII but because of how it was coded never
actually could trigger.

Export a phy_standalone device attribute that is meant to give the
indication that this PHY lacks an attached_dev and its corresponding
sysfs link. The attribute will be created only when the
phy_attach_direct() function will be called with a NULL net_device.

Both sysfs-bus-mdio and sysfs-class-net-phydev contain the same
duplication information. There is not currently any MDIO bus specific
attribute, but there are PHY device (struct phy_device) specific
attributes. Use the more precise description from sysfs-bus-mdio and
carry that over to sysfs-class-net-phydev.

XAUI allows XGMII to reach an extended distance by using a XGXS layer at
each end of the MAC to PHY link, operating over four Serdes lanes.

10GBASE-KR is a single lane Serdes backplane ethernet connection method
with autonegotiation on the link. Some PHYs use this to connect to the
ethernet interface at 10G speeds, switching to other connection types
when utilising slower speeds.

10GBASE-KR is also used for XFI and SFI to connect to XFP and SFP fiber
modules.
