Pull SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"The SoC driver changes once more consist of many small fixes and
cleanups, that are to a large part the result of automated testing.

On platform specific drivers, this includes SoC specific code for
xilinx, freescale/nxp, qualcomm, TI, aspeed, omap, tegra, samsung,
rockchip, renesas, ixp4xx. In firmware drivers, we see a similar
  picture for SCMI and qcomtee.

Aside from these, we see actual new hardware support in a few areas:

   - The Apple platform gets a new driver for low power states

   - Updates to Qualcomm platform drivers add several new hardware
     specific features and additional SoCs.

   - Amlogic SoC support for A1 and T7 is added

   - The Mediatek MMSYS driver is refactored as a cleanup"

The ZynqMP clock controller binding shares only #clock-cells with the
Versal bindings. Move it to a dedicated xlnx,zynqmp-clk.yaml schema.
Also remove "(Optional clock)" from clock description because it is visible
from schema itself.

Also update versal-firmware example to match changes in
xlnx,zynqmp-firmware.yaml.

On Qualcomm SoCs that support minidump, a word in always-on SRAM
is shared between the Operating System(HLOS) and boot firmware.
OS is expected to select the minidump download destination
either USB upload to a host PC or save to on-device storage.
Boot firmware will reads this word before DDR is initialized
on the warm reset following a crash to decide where to deliver
the minidump.

Add a 'sram' property to the SCM binding to allow the OS to
identify this SRAM region via a phandle.
