Make the pattern matching node names a bit stricter to improve DTS
consistency. The pattern is restricted to:
1. Only one unit address or one -N suffix,
2. -N suffixes to decimal numbers.

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "binding", but instead just describe the hardware. For shared
(re-usable) schemas, name them all as "common properties".

Properties with standard unit suffixes already have a type and don't need
type definitions. They also default to a single entry, so 'maxItems: 1'
can be dropped.

adi,ad5758 is an oddball which defined an enum of arrays. While a valid
schema, it is simpler as a whole to only define scalar constraints.

Some RTCs, e.g. the pcf2127, can be used as a hardware watchdog. But
if the reset pin is not actually wired up, the driver exposes a
watchdog device that doesn't actually work.

Provide a standard binding that can be used to indicate that a given
RTC can perform a reset of the machine, similar to wakeup-source.

<title>dt-bindings: rtc: let aux-voltage-chargeable supersede trickle-diode-disable</title>

Some RTCs can be equipped with a chargeable battery or supercap.
Every RTC allowing this whose driver's implement it are charged by
default. To disable this the trickle-diode-disable flag exists.

If a driver did not support charging and some time later one wants to
add that feature, there is currently no way to do it without breaking
dt backwards compatibility. RTCs on boards without the
trickle-diode-disable flag in their device tree would suddenly charge
their battery/supercap which is a change in behavior.

Change that by introducing aux-voltage-chargeable, not as a flag but as
a uint32 enum allowing to set "do not charge" (0) or "charge" (1). This
dt property is optional, so we can now distinguish these cases.

Care must be taken to support the old behavior for device trees without
aux-voltage-chargeable nonetheless to stay compatible.

The real time clocks have a bunch of generic properties that are needed in
a device tree. Add a YAML schemas for those.
