Improve both the title and the description of this hardware to
disambiguate its functionality from a hardware mutex and/or from
a hwspinlock.

Though in datasheets this is called "DISP_MUTEX", the meaning is
is "Mute-X" (where "X" means "any hardware trigger signal") really
as this is what this piece of hardware does: muting or unmuting of
signals in each sub-IP of the display or other multimedia related
controllers.

Based on that, also clarify the description text, as to make sure
that the information is actually accurate.

While at it, also avoid forcing literal blocks in the description
as there is nothing in there needing that (no ascii graph or other
stuff that needs a literal block anyway), and add myself in the
list of maintainers.

The DVFSRC hardware has a clock on all platforms.

Instead or proliferating the culture of omitting clock descriptions in
the clock controller drivers or marking them critical instead of
declaring these types of relationships, add this one to the binding.

Any device that wishes to use this binding should figure out their
incomplete or incorrect clock situation first before piling more
features on top.

Pull SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann:
 "This is the first half of the driver changes:

   - A treewide interface change to the "syscore" operations for power
     management, as a preparation for future Tegra specific changes

   - Reset controller updates with added drivers for LAN969x, eic770 and
     RZ/G3S SoCs

   - Protection of system controller registers on Renesas and Google
     SoCs, to prevent trivially triggering a system crash from e.g.
     debugfs access

   - debugfs support in the ST STM32 firewall driver

Add a compatible for the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 (MT6893) SoC's
DVFSRC hardware, introducing capability to communicate with it.

Even though this SoC uses the same basic version of the DVFSRC
IP as MT8195, the vcore-vdram parameters are different, hence
no fallback compatibility is possible.

Pull SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann:
 "Nothing particular important in the SoC driver updates, just the usual
  improvements to for drivers/soc and a couple of subsystems that don't
  fit anywhere else:

   - The largest set of updates is for Qualcomm SoC drivers, extending
     the set of supported features for additional SoCs in the QSEECOM,
     LLCC and socinfo drivers.a

   - The ti_sci firmware driver gains support for power managment

   - The drivers/reset subsystem sees a rework of the microchip sparx5
     and amlogic reset drivers to support additional chips, plus a few
     minor updates on other platforms

   - The SCMI firmware interface driver gains support for two protocol
     extensions, allowing more flexible use of the shared memory area
     and new DT binding properties for configurability.

   - Mediatek SoC drivers gain support for power managment on the MT8188
     SoC and a new driver for DVFS.

   - The AMD/Xilinx ZynqMP SoC drivers gain support for system reboot
     and a few bugfixes

   - The Hisilicon Kunpeng HCCS driver gains support for configuring
     lanes through sysfs

  Finally, there are cleanups and minor fixes for drivers/{soc, bus,
  memory}, including changing back the .remove_new callback to .remove,
  as well as a few other updates for freescale (powerpc) soc drivers,
  NXP i.MX soc drivers, cznic turris platform driver, memory controller
  drviers, TI OMAP SoC drivers, and Tegra firmware drivers"

Add bindings for the MediaTek Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling
Resource Collector (DVFSRC), a hardware module used to collect all the
requests from both software and the various remote processors embedded
into the SoC and decide about a minimum operating voltage and a minimum
DRAM frequency to fulfill those requests in an effort to provide the
best achievable performance per watt.

This hardware IP is capable of transparently performing direct register
R/W on all of the DVFSRC-controlled regulators and SoC bandwidth knobs.
