__FUNCTION__ is gcc-specific, use __func__ The change in pci-iommu,c should be safe as arena has not been assigned when we get to this point. Some were within #if 0 blocks, have changed them and left the blocks as they appear to be debugging infrastructure. A #define FN __FUNCTION__ was removed and occurances of FN were replaced with __func__ as well. calibrate_delay() must be __cpuinit, not __{dev,}init.
I've verified that this is correct for all users.
While doing the latter, I also did the following cleanups:
- remove pointless additional prototypes in C files
- ensure all users #include <linux/delay.h>
This fixes the following section mismatches with CONFIG_HOTPLUG=n,
CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU=y:

Remove fs.h from mm.h. For this, 1) Uninline vma_wants_writenotify(). It's pretty huge anyway. 2) Add back fs.h or less bloated headers (err.h) to files that need it. As result, on x86_64 allyesconfig, fs.h dependencies cut down from 3929 files rebuilt down to 3444 (-12.3%).
