treewide: Use sizeof_field() macro

Replace all the occurrences of FIELD_SIZEOF() with sizeof_field() except
at places where these are defined. Later patches will remove the unused
definition of FIELD_SIZEOF().

This patch is generated using following script:

Pull x86 asm updates from Ingo Molnar:
 "The main changes in this cycle were:

   - Cross-arch changes to move the linker sections for NOTES and
     EXCEPTION_TABLE into the RO_DATA area, where they belong on most
     architectures. (Kees Cook)

   - Switch the x86 linker fill byte from x90 (NOP) to 0xcc (INT3), to
     trap jumps into the middle of those padding areas instead of
     sliding execution. (Kees Cook)

   - A thorough cleanup of symbol definitions within x86 assembler code.
     The rather randomly named macros got streamlined around a
     (hopefully) straightforward naming scheme:

ARC: ARCv2: jump label: implement jump label patching

Implement jump label patching for ARC. Jump labels provide
an interface to generate dynamic branches using
self-modifying code.

This allows us to implement conditional branches where
changing branch direction is expensive but branch selection
is basically 'free'

This implementation uses 32-bit NOP and BRANCH instructions
which forced to be aligned by 4 to guarantee that they don't
cross L1 cache line boundary and can be update atomically.

Rename RW_DATA_SECTION to RW_DATA. (Calling this a "section" is a lie,
since it's multiple sections and section flags cannot be applied to
the macro.)
