The Chip Select Configuration Register must be programmed to 0x2 in
order to achieve the correct behavior of the Static Memory Controller.

Without this patch devices wired to DFI and accessed through SMC cannot
be accessed after resume from S2.

Do not rely on the boot loader to program the CSMSADRCFG register by
programming it in the kernel smemc module.

This patch fixes some code that implements a work-around to a hardware bug in
the ac97 controller on the pxa27x.  A bug in the controller's warm reset
functionality requires that the mfp used by the controller as the AC97_nRESET
line be temporarily reconfigured as a generic output gpio (AF0) and manually
held high for the duration of the warm reset cycle.  This is what was done in
the original code, but it was broken long ago by commit fb1bf8cd
    ([ARM] pxa: introduce processor specific pxa27x_assert_ac97reset())
which changed the mfp to a GPIO input instead of a high output.

The fix requires the ac97 controller to obtain the gpio via gpio_request_one(),
with arguments that configure the gpio as an output initially driven high.

Tested on a palm treo 680 machine.  Reportedly, this broken code only prevents a
warm reset on hardware that lacks a pull-up on the line, which appears to be the
case for me.

The EETI touchscreen asserts its IRQ line as soon as it has data in its
internal buffers. The line is automatically deasserted once all data has
been read via I2C. Hence, the driver has to monitor the GPIO line and
cannot simply rely on the interrupt handler reception.

In the current implementation of the driver, irq_to_gpio() is used to
determine the GPIO number from the i2c_client's IRQ value.

As irq_to_gpio() is not available on all platforms, this patch changes
this and makes the driver ignore the passed in IRQ. Instead, a GPIO is
added to the platform_data struct and gpio_to_irq is used to derive the
IRQ from that GPIO. If this fails, bail out. The driver is only able to
work in environments where the touchscreen GPIO can be mapped to an
IRQ.

Without this patch, building raumfeld_defconfig results in:

Pins configured as input and have MFP_LPM_DRIVE_* flag set, can have a
wrong output value for some period of time (spike) during the suspend
sequence.
This can happen because the direction of the pins (GPDR) is set by
software and the output level is set by hardware (PGSR) at a later
stage.

Fix the above potential bug by setting the output levels first.
Also save the actual levels of the pins before the suspend and restore
them after the resume, but before the direction settings take place, so
the same bug as described above will not happen in the resume sequence.

In 3.3, gpio wakeup setting was broken. The call
enable_irq_wake() didn't set up the PXA gpio registers
(PWER, ...) anymore.

Fix it at least for pxa27x. The driver doesn't seem to be
used in pxa25x (weird ...), and the fix doesn't extend to
pxa3xx and pxa95x (which don't have a gpio_set_wake()
available).

With commit c334bc1 (ARM: make mach/io.h include optional), PCMCIA was
broken. PCMCIA depends on __io() returning a valid i/o address, and most
ARM platforms require IO_SPACE_LIMIT be set to 0xffffffff for PCMCIA. This
needs a better fix with a fixed i/o address mapping, but for now we just
restore things to the previous behavior.

This fixes at91, omap1, pxa and sa11xx. pxa needs io.h if PCI is enabled,
but PCMCIA is not. sa11xx already has IO_SPACE_LIMIT set to 0xffffffff,
so it doesn't need an io.h.

This does a sweeping change fixing up all the missing system_misc.h and
system_info.h includes from the system.h split-up change. These were the
ones I came across when building all defconfigs in arch/arm/configs, there
might be more but they lack adequate build coverage to be easily caught.

I'm expecting to get a lot of these piecemeal by each maintainer, so we
might just as well do one sweeping change to get them all at once.

Pull arm-soc fixes from Olof Johansson:
 "This is a first pass of some of the merge window fallout for ARM
  platforms.

  Nothing controversial:
   - A system.h fallout fix for OMAP
   - PXA fixes for breakage caused by the regulator struct changes
   - GPIO fixes for OMAP to properly deal with dynamic IRQ allocation
   - A mismerge in our arm-soc tree of an lpc32xx change for networking
   - A fix for USB setup on tegra
   - An undo of __init annotation of display mux setup on OMAP that's
     needed at runtime"
