The platforms selecting NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H defined the start address of
their physical memory in the respective &lt;mach/memory.h&gt;. With
ARM_PATCH_PHYS_VIRT=y (which is quite common today) this is useless
though because the definition isn't used but determined dynamically.

So remove the definitions from all &lt;mach/memory.h&gt; and provide the
Kconfig symbol PHYS_OFFSET with the respective defaults in case
ARM_PATCH_PHYS_VIRT isn't enabled.

This allows to drop the dependency of PHYS_OFFSET on !NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H
which prevents compiling an integrator nommu-kernel.
(CONFIG_PAGE_OFFSET which has "default PHYS_OFFSET if !MMU" expanded to
"0x" because CONFIG_PHYS_OFFSET doesn't exist as INTEGRATOR selects
NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H.)

Pull ARM SoC cleanups from Arnd Bergmann:
 "These cleanup patches are mainly move stuff around and should all be
  harmless.  They are mainly split out so that other branches can be
  based on top to avoid conflicts.

  Notable changes are:

   - We finally remove all mach/timex.h, after CLOCK_TICK_RATE is no
     longer used (Uwe Kleine-König)
   - The Qualcomm MSM platform is split out into legacy mach-msm and
     new-style mach-qcom, to allow easier maintainance of the new
     hardware support without regressions (Kumar Gala)
   - A rework of some of the Kconfig logic to simplify multiplatform
     support (Rob Herring)
   - Samsung Exynos gets closer to supporting multiplatform (Sachin
     Kamat and others)
   - mach-bcm3528 gets merged into mach-bcm (Stephen Warren)
   - at91 gains some common clock framework support (Alexandre Belloni,
     Jean-Jacques Hiblot and other French people)"

Commit b713aa0b15 "ARM: fix asm/memory.h build error" broke some
configurations on mach-realview with sparsemem enabled, which
is missing a definition of PHYS_OFFSET:

arch/arm/include/asm/memory.h:268:42: error: 'PHYS_OFFSET' undeclared (first use in this function)
 #define PHYS_PFN_OFFSET ((unsigned long)(PHYS_OFFSET &gt;&gt; PAGE_SHIFT))
arch/arm/include/asm/dma-mapping.h:104:9: note: in expansion of macro 'PHYS_PFN_OFFSET'
  return PHYS_PFN_OFFSET + dma_to_pfn(dev, *dev-&gt;dma_mask);

An easy workaround is for realview to define PHYS_OFFSET itself,
in the same way we define it for platforms that don't have a private
__virt_to_phys function.

While &lt;mach/timex.h&gt; isn't used for multi-platform builds since long it
still is for "normal" builds. As the previous patches fix all sites to
not make use of this per-platform file, it can go now for good also for
platforms that are not (yet) converted to multi-platform.

While at it there are no users of CLOCK_TICK_RATE any more, so also drop
the dummy #define.

Now that the PL01X debug include can mostly stand alone without
requiring platforms to provide any macros, move it into the debug
directory so it can be directly included.  This allows us to get rid of
a lot of debug-macros include files.

The autodetect case for Versatile Express and the ux500 are left alone;
these are more complicated implementations.

Pull ARM SoC cleanups from Arnd Bergmann:
 "A large number of cleanups, all over the platforms.  This is dominated
  largely by the Samsung platforms (s3c, s5p, exynos) and a few of the
  others moving code out of arch/arm into more appropriate subsystems.

  The clocksource and irqchip drivers are now abstracted to the point
  where platforms that are already cleaned up do not need to even
  specify the driver they use, it can all get configured from the device
  tree as we do for normal device drivers.  The clocksource changes
  basically touch every single platform in the process.

  We further clean up the use of platform specific header files here,
  with the goal of turning more of the platforms over to being
  "multiplatform" enabled, which implies that they cannot expose their
  headers to architecture independent code any more.

  It is expected that no functional changes are part of the cleanup.
  The overall reduction in total code lines is mostly the result of
  removing broken and obsolete code."

Realview EB with a rev B MPcore tile results in lots of warnings at
boot because it can't allocate enough IRQs.  Fix this by increasing
the number of available IRQs.

With ARCH_HAS_DECOMP_WDOG removed from arch/arm/boot/compressed/decompress.c,
all the arch_decomp_wdog() definition at platform level is unneeded.
Remmove it.

Commit 34ae6c96a6a7 ("ARM: 7298/1: realview: fix mapping of MPCore
private memory region") accidentally broke the definition for the base
address of the private peripheral region on revision B Realview-EB
boards.

This patch uses the correct address for REALVIEW_EB11MP_PRIV_MEM_BASE.
