Fix up trivial conflicts in
  arch/arm/mach-omap2/Makefile,
  arch/arm/mach-u300/{Makefile.boot,core.c}
  arch/arm/plat-{mxc,omap}/devices.c

Boards used to specify zreladdr in their Makefile.boot with
zreladdr-y := x, so conflicting zreladdrs were silently overwritten.
This patch changes this to zreladdr-y += x, so that we end
up with multiple words in zreladdr in such a case. We can
detect this later and complain if necessary.

The U300 had a special variant where a memory was shared
between two CPU:s and only one part of memory was
accessible for the kernel. However it is now seriously
legacy and only create problems for kernel consolidation,
so let's retire it.

The Makefile.boot file for the U300 port. This will compile the
kernel for different ZRELADDR depending on the location of
physical RAM in the chosen configuration.
