The Stratix10 devkit supports a separate eMMC daughter card. The eMMC
daughter card replaces the SDMMC slot that is on the default daughter card
and thus requires a separate board dts file.

Add spi-tx-bus-width and spi-rx-bus-width properties with value 4 to the
stratix10 device tree. This update configures the SPI controller to use a
4-bit bus width for both transmission and reception, potentially improving
SPI throughput and matching the hardware capabilities more closely.

Add the clock-frequency property to the cb_intosc_ls_clk and
cb_intosc_hs_div2_clk device tree nodes.

The f2s_free_clk is implemented by custom logic in the FPGA; so it
should be disabled in the dtsi by default and enabled by a
dts for a specific FPGA design on a specific board.
