commit d54170812ef1 ("arm64: fix .idmap.text assertion for large kernels")
modified some of the section assembler directives that declare
.idmap.text to be SHF_ALLOC instead of
SHF_ALLOC|SHF_WRITE|SHF_EXECINSTR.

This patch fixes up the remaining stragglers that were left behind. Add
Fixes tag so that this doesn't precede related change in stable.

<title>arm64: head: Clean the ID map and the HYP text to the PoC if needed</title>

If we enter with the MMU and caches enabled, the bootloader may not have
performed any cache maintenance to the PoC. So clean the ID mapped page
to the PoC, to ensure that instruction and data accesses with the MMU
off see the correct data. For similar reasons, clean all the HYP text to
the PoC as well when entering at EL2 with the MMU and caches enabled.

Note that this means primary_entry() itself needs to be moved into the
ID map as well, as we will return from init_kernel_el() with the MMU and
caches off.

In the primary boot path, finalise_el2() is called much later than on
the secondary boot or resume-from-suspend paths, and this does not
appear to be intentional.

Since we aim to do as little as possible before enabling the MMU and
caches, align secondary and resume with primary boot, and defer the call
to after the MMU is turned on. This also removes the need to clean
finalise_el2() to the PoC once we enable support for booting with the
MMU on.

__cpu_setup() was changed to take the actual number of VA bits in x0,
however the resume path was not updated at the same time.

Load `vabits_actual` in the resume path, to ensure that the correct
number of VA bits is used.

This fixes booting v6.0-rc kernels on my Juno.

as we are about to perform a lot more in 'mutate_to_vhe' than
we currently do, this function really becomes the point where
we finalise the basic EL2 configuration.

Reflect this into the code by renaming a bunch of things:
- HVC_VHE_RESTART -&gt; HVC_FINALISE_EL2
- switch_to_vhe --&gt; finalise_el2
- mutate_to_vhe -&gt; __finalise_el2

No functional changes.

CONFIG_KASAN_STACK and CONFIG_KASAN_STACK_ENABLE both enable KASAN stack
instrumentation, but we should only need one config, so that we remove
CONFIG_KASAN_STACK_ENABLE and make CONFIG_KASAN_STACK workable. see [1].

When enable KASAN stack instrumentation, then for gcc we could do no
prompt and default value y, and for clang prompt and default value n.

This patch fixes the following compilation warning:

As we are aiming to be able to control whether we enable VHE or
not, let's always drop down to EL1 first, and only then upgrade
to VHE if at all possible.

This means that if the kernel is booted at EL2, we always start
with a nVHE init, drop to EL1 to initialise the the kernel, and
only then upgrade the kernel EL to EL2 if possible (the process
is obviously shortened for secondary CPUs).

The resume path is handled similarly to a secondary CPU boot.

There's a config option CONFIG_KASAN_STACK that has to be enabled for
KASAN to use stack instrumentation and perform validity checks for
stack variables.

There's no need to unpoison stack when CONFIG_KASAN_STACK is not enabled.
Only call kasan_unpoison_task_stack[_below]() when CONFIG_KASAN_STACK is
enabled.

Note, that CONFIG_KASAN_STACK is an option that is currently always
defined when CONFIG_KASAN is enabled, and therefore has to be tested
with #if instead of #ifdef.

For a while now el2_setup has performed some basic initialization of EL1
even when the kernel is booted at EL1, so the name is a little
misleading. Further, some comments are stale as with VHE it doesn't drop
the CPU to EL1.

To clarify things, rename el2_setup to init_kernel_el, and update
comments to be clearer as to the function's purpose.

There should be no functional change as a result of this patch.
