Rather than #define the options manually in the architecture code, add Kconfig options for them and select them there instead. This also allows us to select the compat IPC version parsing automatically for platforms using the old compat IPC interface. Commit a556bec9955c ("m32r: fix arch/m32r/boot/compressed/Makefile")
changed "$(suffix_y)" to "$(suffix-y)", but didn't update any location
where "suffix_y" is set, causing:
