Building a kernel with multiple dragonball based boards
enabled needlessly causes a link failure because of duplicate
config_BSP() functions between the CPU versions.

Avoid that merging the three almost identical files into one,
and hiding the CPU configuration behind the board config.
The pr_info() lines are consolidated in one place.

It is still not possible to run a kernel configured for
more than one board, but at least configurations that can
be selected can also be built now.

m68k: remove timer_interrupt() function

ignored everywhere, so remove the function and change the
mach_sched_init callback to take no arguments.

m68k: nommu: register start of the memory with memblock

The m68k nommu setup code didn't register the beginning of the physical
memory with memblock because it was anyway occupied by the kernel. However,
commit fa3354e4ea39 ("mm: free_area_init: use maximal zone PFNs rather than
zone sizes") changed zones initialization to use memblock.memory to detect
the zone extents and this caused inconsistency between zone PFNs and the
actual PFNs:

Adjust the memory registration with memblock to include the beginning of

mm: don't include asm/pgtable.h if linux/mm.h is already included

Patch series "mm: consolidate definitions of page table accessors", v2.

The low level page table accessors (pXY_index(), pXY_offset()) are
duplicated across all architectures and sometimes more than once.  For
instance, we have 31 definition of pgd_offset() for 25 supported
architectures.

Most of these definitions are actually identical and typically it boils
down to, e.g.

These definitions can be shared among 90% of the arches provided
XYZ_SHIFT, PTRS_PER_XYZ and xyz_page_vaddr() are defined.

For architectures that really need a custom version there is always
possibility to override the generic version with the usual ifdefs magic.

These patches introduce include/linux/pgtable.h that replaces
include/asm-generic/pgtable.h and add the definitions of the page table
accessors to the new header.

This patch (of 12):

The linux/mm.h header includes  to allow inlining of the
functions involving page table manipulations, e.g.  pte_alloc() and
pmd_alloc().  So, there is no point to explicitly include 
in the files that include .

The include statements in such cases are remove with a simple loop:

m68k: switch to MEMBLOCK + NO_BOOTMEM

In m68k the physical memory is described by [memory_start, memory_end] for
!MMU variant and by m68k_memory array of memory ranges for the MMU version.
This information is directly use to register the physical memory with
memblock.

The reserve_bootmem() calls are replaced with memblock_reserve() and the
bootmap bitmap allocation is simply dropped.

Since the MMU variant creates early mappings only for the small part of the
memory we force bottom-up allocations in memblock.

m68k: Remove unused set_clock_mmss() helpers

Commit 397ac99c6cef ("m68k: remove dead timer code") removed set_rtc_mmss()
because it was unused in 2012. However, this was itself the only user of the
mach_set_clock_mmss() callback and the many implementations of that callback,
which are equally unused.

This removes all of those as well.
