commit 8474ba74193d302e8340dddd1e16c85cc4b98caf upstream.

Make sure the compiler does not modify arguments of syscall functions.
This can happen if the compiler generates a tailcall to another
function. For example, without asmlinkage_protect sys_openat is compiled
into this function:

sys_openat:
	clr.l %d0
	move.w 18(%sp),%d0
	move.l %d0,16(%sp)
	jbra do_sys_open

Note how the fourth argument is modified in place, modifying the register
%d4 that gets restored from this stack slot when the function returns to
user-space. The caller may expect the register to be unmodified across
system calls.

<title>mm: clean up per architecture MM hook header files</title>

Commit 2ae416b142b6 ("mm: new mm hook framework") introduced an empty
header file (mm-arch-hooks.h) for every architecture, even those which
doesn't need to define mm hooks.

As suggested by Geert Uytterhoeven, this could be cleaned through the use
of a generic header file included via each per architecture
asm/include/Kbuild file.

The PowerPC architecture is not impacted here since this architecture has
to defined the arch_remap MM hook.

The ColdFire M5475 on the m5475evb board supports a PCI bus, lets
enable it for the defconfig to get better build and test coverage.

<title>m68k: fix io functions for ColdFire/MMU/PCI case</title>

The inb/outb/... family of IO methods end up being multiply defined when
building PCI support for the ColdFire. Compiling gives this:

  CC init/main.o
In file included from ./arch/m68k/include/asm/io.h:4:0,
                 from include/linux/bio.h:30,
                 from include/linux/blkdev.h:18,
                 from init/main.c:75:
./arch/m68k/include/asm/io_mm.h:420:0: warning: "inb" redefined
./arch/m68k/include/asm/io_mm.h:108:0: note: this is the location of the previous definition
...

The ColdFire/PCI case defines its own IO access methods, so no others
should be defined or used in this case. Conditionally disable other
definitions that clash with it.
