Various fixes for the Au1200/Au1550/Au1300 DBDMA2 code:

- skip cache invalidation if chip has working coherency circuitry.
- invalidate KSEG0-portion of the (physical) data address.
- force the dma channel doorbell write out to bus immediately with
  a sync.

<title>serial: 8250: RT288x/Au1xxx code away from core</title>

A non-trivial amount of RT288x/Au1xxx code is encapsulated into
ifdeffery in 8250_port / 8250_early and some if UPIO_AU blocks.
Create a separate file from them.

Also handle errors properly in the cases where RT288x/Au1xxx code is
not configured.

It seems that 0x1000 mapsize is likely overkill but I've kept it the
same as previously (the value was shrunk to that value in commit
b2b13cdfd05e ("SERIAL 8250: Fixes for Alchemy UARTs.")). Seemingly, the
driver only needs to access register at 0x28 for the divisor latch.

The Kconfig side is a bit tricky. As SERIAL_8250_RT288X is bool it can
only be =y. It is possible to have SERIAL_8250=m + SERIAL_8250_RT288X=y
which required altering when 8250/ is included or the rt288x would not
be built.

The local GPIO driver in the MIPS Alchemy is including the legacy
&lt;linux/gpio.h&gt; header but what it wants is to implement a GPIO
driver so include &lt;linux/gpio/driver.h&gt; instead.

In ./arch/mips/alchemy/common/gpiolib.c, the comment points out certain
build constraints on CONFIG_GPIOLIB and CONFIG_ALCHEMY_GPIO_INDIRECT.

The commit 832f5dacfa0b ("MIPS: Remove all the uses of custom gpio.h")
makes all mips machines use the common gpio.h and removes the config
ALCHEMY_GPIO_INDIRECT. So, this makes the comment in alchemy's gpiolib.c
historic and obsolete, and can be removed after the commit above.

The issue on the reference to a non-existing Kconfig symbol was identified
with ./scripts/checkkconfigsymbols.py. This script has been quite useful
to identify a number of bugs with Kconfig symbols and deserves to be
executed and checked regularly.

So, remove the historic comment to reduce the reports made the script and
simplify to use this script, as new issues are easier to spot when the
list of reports is shorter.

Lift the dma_default_coherent variable from the mips architecture code
to the driver core.  This allows an architecture to sdefault all device
to be DMA coherent at run time, even if the kernel is build with support
for DMA noncoherent device.  By allowing device_initialize to set the
-&gt;dma_coherent field to this default the amount of arch hooks required
for this behavior can be greatly reduced.
