The patch moves the common part of EEH core into arch/powerpc/kernel

          arch/powerpc/kernel/pci-hotplug.c
        * Move CONFIG_EEH from arch/powerpc/platforms/pseries/Kconfig to
          arch/powerpc/platforms/Kconfig
        * Adjust makefile accordingly
