The use of the __free macro allows the cleanup to be based on scope
instead of on another function called later. This makes the cleanup
automatic and less susceptible to errors later.

The correct format string for resource_size_t is %pa which
acts on the address of the variable to be formatted [1].

[1] https://elixir.bootlin.com/linux/v6.11.3/source/Documentation/core-api/printk-formats.rst#L229

Introduced by commit 9d9326d3bc0e ("phy: Change mii_bus id field to a string")

Flagged by gcc-14 as:
arch/powerpc/platforms/82xx/ep8248e.c: In function 'ep8248e_mdio_probe':
arch/powerpc/platforms/82xx/ep8248e.c:131:46: warning: format '%x' expects argument of type 'unsigned int', but argument 4 has type 'resource_size_t' {aka 'long long unsigned int'} [-Wformat=]

It used to be impossible to select CONFIG_CPM2 without selecting
CONFIG_FSL_SOC at the same time because CONFIG_CPM2 was dependent
on CONFIG_8260 and CONFIG_8260 was selecting CONFIG_FSL_SOC.

But after commit eb5aa2137275 ("powerpc/82xx: Remove CONFIG_8260
and CONFIG_8272") CONFIG_CPM2 depends on CONFIG_PPC_82xx instead
but CONFIG_PPC_82xx doesn't directly selects CONFIG_FSL_SOC.

Fix it by forcing CONFIG_PPC_82xx to select CONFIG_FSL_SOC just
like already done by PPC_8xx, PPC_MPC512x, PPC_83xx, PPC_86xx.

Instead of resorting to BUG() ensure that the driver isn't unbound by
suppressing its bind and unbind sysfs attributes. As the driver is
built-in there is no way to remove a device once bound.

As a nice side effect this allows to drop the remove function.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.
