Add a new udbg driver for the PS3 gelic Ehthernet device.

This driver shares only a few stucture and constant definitions with the
gelic Ethernet device driver, so is implemented as a stand-alone driver
with no dependencies on the gelic Ethernet device driver.

Convert the PS3 Video RAM Storage Driver from an MTD driver to a plain block
device driver.

The ps3vram driver exposes unused video RAM on the PS3 as a block device
suitable for storage or swap. Fast data transfer is achieved using a local
cache in system RAM and DMA transfers via the GPU.

The new driver is ca. 50% faster for reading, and ca. 10% for writing.

<title>powerpc/kconfig: Kill PPC_MULTIPLATFORM</title>

CONFIG_PPC_MULTIPLATFORM is a remain of the pre-powerpc days and isn't
really meaningful anymore. It was basically equivalent to PPC64 || 6xx.

This removes it along with the following changes:

 - 32-bit platforms that relied on PPC32 &amp;&amp; PPC_MULTIPLATFORM now rely
on 6xx which is what they want anyway.

 - A new symbol, PPC_BOOK3S, is defined that represent compliance with
the "Server" variant of the architecture. This is set when either 6xx
or PPC64 is set and open the door for future BOOK3E 64-bit.

 - 64-bit platforms that relied on PPC64 &amp;&amp; PPC_MULTIPLATFORM now use
   PPC64 &amp;&amp; PPC_BOOK3S

 - A separate and selectable CONFIG_PPC_OF_BOOT_TRAMPOLINE option is now
used to control the use of prom_init.c

Choosing PCI or not at config time is allowed on some
platforms via an if expression in arch/powerpc/Kconfig.
To add a new platform with PCI support selectable at
config time, you must change the if expression. This
patch makes this easier by changing:
    bool "PCI support" if &lt;long expression&gt;
to
    bool "PCI support" if PPC_PCI_CHOICE
and adding select PPC_PCI_CHOICE to all the config nodes that
were previously in the PCI if expression.

Platforms with unconditional PCI support continue to
just select PCI in their config nodes.

Add PS3 logical performance monitor (lpm) device driver.

The PS3's LV1 hypervisor provides a Logical Performance Monitor that
abstracts the Cell processor's performance monitor features for use
by guest operating systems.

<title>[POWERPC] Make PS3_SYS_MANAGER default y, not m</title>

Currently it's impossible to build a ps3_defconfig which will reboot
without modules installed. This makes it all too easy to find yourself
with a PS3 that won't reboot.

This is because the system manager driver, which provides the reboot
mechanism, is only selectable if PS3_ADVANCED is set, else it defaults
to m. In ps3_defconfig PS3_ADVANCED is not set, therefore the system
manager is built as a module.

It would be desirable IMHO for the defconfig to produce a kernel that
boots and reboots, without needing modules to be installed.
