Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.

Done via coccinelle scripts like:

@@
struct resource *ptr;
@@

- ptr-&gt;end - ptr-&gt;start + 1
+ resource_size(ptr)

and some grep and typing.

Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.

As well as searching for nodes with type = "nvram", search for nodes
that have compatible = "nvram". This can't be converted into a single
call to of_find_compatible_node() with a non-NULL type, because that
searches for a node that has _both_ type &amp; compatible = "nvram".

<title>[POWERPC] Fix cell's mmio nvram to properly parse device tree</title>

The mmio nvram driver (used by cell only atm) isn't properly parsing
the device-tree, meaning that nvram isn't found correctly on the new
Cell blades. It works ok for old blades where the nvram is at the
root of the device tree but fails on Malta and CAB when it's hanging
off axon. This fixes it by using the proper OF parsing functions.

Now that get_property() returns a void *, there's no need to cast its
return value. Also, treat the return value as const, so we can
constify get_property later.

powerpc core changes.

<title>[PATCH] spin/rwlock init cleanups</title>

locking init cleanups:

 - convert " = SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED" to spin_lock_init() or DEFINE_SPINLOCK()
 - convert rwlocks in a similar manner

this patch was generated automatically.

Motivation:

 - cleanliness
 - lockdep needs control of lock initialization, which the open-coded
   variants do not give
 - it's also useful for -rt and for lock debugging in general

The nvram code formally known as bpa_nvram.c is rather
generic really, so it is quite likely to be useful to
future boards not based on cell.

This patch puts it into arch/powerpc/sysdev.
