As we have optimized cmpxchg() implementations that are decoupled from the atomic code, simply falling back on the generic wrapper does the right thing. The LL/SC and IRQ versions were using generic stubs while the GRB version

code. As we have optimized cmpxchg() implementations that are decoupled
