We have always had an efficient way of registering a table of clock
lookups - it's called clkdev_add_table(). However, some people seem
to really love writing inefficient and unnecessary code.

Convert SH to use the correct interface.

Switch the RSPI MSTP clock on SH7757 from a con ID match to a dev ID

SCIFA ports on sh7723 and sh7724 seem to use a sampling rate of half the
value specified in the datasheet. This is currently handled by a custom
baud rate calculation algorithm. The algorithm ID will be removed from
platform data, set the sampling rate directly instead.
