sh: fix up the ubc clock definition for sh7785.

Presently the SH7785 code misdefines the UBC clock connection ID in
relation to the other CPUs. This makes it uniform, so that things like
single-stepping work again.

The new spi-sh driver decodes the IORESOURCE_MEM_TYPE_MASK. So, the
resource needs the IORESOURCE_MEM_32BIT.

Bad speling and horrible grammar (and copious swearing) is to be
expected, but let's keep it to commit messages and comments, rather than
expose it to users in config help texts or printouts.

Every arch calls:

if (unlikely(current->audit_context))
	audit_syscall_entry()

which requires knowledge about audit (the existance of audit_context) in
the arch code.  Just do it all in static inline in audit.h so that arch's
can remain blissfully ignorant.
