tadpole.c assigned cpu_pwr_save based on the current configuration.
The rest of the tadpole.c file was only used if cpu_pwr_save was
dereferenced.
But this variable was never dereferenced - and I went back to a 2.6.12
kernel to check (from June 2005) - and not even then was it used.

Drop this code as it has not been in use for ~10 years.

<title>sparc32: fix sparse warnings in auxio_32.c</title>

Fix following warnings:
auxio_32.c:23:14: warning: symbol 'auxio_register' was not declared. Should it be static?
auxio_32.c:26:13: warning: symbol 'auxio_probe' was not declared. Should it be static?
auxio_32.c:108:13: warning: symbol 'auxio_power_probe' was not declared. Should it be static?

Add proper decalarations for the above.

The leaves one sparse warning:
auxio_32.c:130:33: warning: cast removes address space of expression

This is here:
    auxio_power_register = (unsigned char *) of_ioremap()

This is __iomem that is removed from return value of of_ioremap()
The pointer is later used without any helpers in process_32.c:
    *auxio_power_register |= AUXIO_POWER_OFF;

It would be simple to introduce a few sbus() helpers.
But as I was not sure this was correct the warning are left as-is.

tadpole.c:21:6: warning: symbol 'cpu_pwr_save' was not declared. Should it be static?
tadpole.c:101:13: warning: symbol 'clock_stop_probe' was not declared. Should it be static?

This actually revealed that cpu_pwr_save is only assigned.
It was left static with a TODO comment for now - this should be cleaned up later.

We used to runtime patch the trap table for srmmu.
With the removal of sun4c support this is no longer required.

With the sun4c trap removed we can remove all the referenced
trap handling which is sun4c specific.
This also allows us to get rid of the nosun4c.c file that
contained only dummy functions/data.

Do not require user to add "-p" to boot arguments to see
early info printed to prom console.

This is similar to the sparc64 functionality - which was added with:

a PROM based early console.")

<title>sparc32: probe for cpu info only during startup</title>

We did a cpu_probe() call each time a CPU got online - which
only effect was to save latest CPU/FPU info for use by show_cpuinfo().
Use same setup as for sparc64 where we probe for this info during startup,
and only once.

This allowed us to annotate a few functions __init which again
fixed the following section mismatch warnings:

WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text+0x65f0): Section mismatch in reference from the function set_cpu_and_fpu() to the (unknown reference) .init.rodata:(unknown)
WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text+0x65f8): Section mismatch in reference from the function set_cpu_and_fpu() to the (unknown reference) .init.rodata:(unknown)
WARNING: vmlinux.o(.text+0x664c): Section mismatch in reference from the function set_cpu_and_fpu() to the variable .init.rodata:manufacturer_info
