treewide: Add SPDX license identifier for missed files

Add SPDX license identifiers to all files which:

 - Have no license information of any form

 - Have EXPORT_.*_SYMBOL_GPL inside which was used in the
   initial scan/conversion to ignore the file

These files fall under the project license, GPL v2 only. The resulting SPDX
license identifier is:

  GPL-2.0-only

sparc: Use of_node_name_eq for node name comparisons

Convert string compares of DT node names to use of_node_name_eq helper
instead. This removes direct access to the node name pointer.

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include .  Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

sparc: move symbol exporters to use export.h not module.h

Many of the core sparc kernel files are not modules, but just
including module.h for exporting symbols.  Now these files can
use the lighter footprint export.h for this role.

There's no need for this function to be architecture specific and all four
architectures defining it had the same definition.  The function has been
moved to drivers/of/platform.c.

of/platform: remove all of_bus_type and of_platform_bus_type references

Both of_bus_type and of_platform_bus_type are just #define aliases
for the platform bus.  This patch removes all references to them and
switches to the of_register_platform_driver()/of_unregister_platform_driver()
API for registering.

Subsequent patches will convert each user of of_register_platform_driver()
into plain platform_drivers without the of_platform_driver shim.  At which
point the of_register_platform_driver()/of_unregister_platform_driver()
functions can be removed.
