If pmd_alloc() fails we should only free the prior allocated pud, if pte_alloc_map() fails, we should free pmd as well. modified nr_free_pages() to return 'unsigned long' instead of 'unsigned
int'. This made the casts to 'unsigned long' in most callers superfluous,
so remove them.
