The following commit:

ddb5cdbafaaa ("kbuild: generate KSYMTAB entries by modpost")

deprecated <asm/export.h>, which is now a wrapper of <linux/export.h>.

Use <linux/export.h> in *.S as well as in *.c files.

After all the <asm/export.h> lines are replaced, <asm/export.h> and
<asm-generic/export.h> will be removed.

x86/asm: Fix build of UML with KASAN

Building UML with KASAN fails since commit 69d4c0d32186 ("entry, kasan,
x86: Disallow overriding mem*() functions") with the following errors:

$ tools/testing/kunit/kunit.py run --kconfig_add CONFIG_KASAN=y
...
ld: mm/kasan/shadow.o: in function `memset':
shadow.c:(.text+0x40): multiple definition of `memset';
arch/x86/lib/memset_64.o:(.noinstr.text+0x0): first defined here
ld: mm/kasan/shadow.o: in function `memmove':
shadow.c:(.text+0x90): multiple definition of `memmove';
arch/x86/lib/memmove_64.o:(.noinstr.text+0x0): first defined here
ld: mm/kasan/shadow.o: in function `memcpy':
shadow.c:(.text+0x110): multiple definition of `memcpy';
arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.o:(.noinstr.text+0x0): first defined here

UML does not use GENERIC_ENTRY and is still supposed to be allowed to
override the mem*() functions, so use weak aliases in that case.

Up until now it was perceived that FSRM is an improvement to ERMS and
thus it was made dependent on latter.

However, there are AMD BIOSes out there which allow for disabling of
either features and thus preventing kernels from booting due to the CMP
disappearing and thus breaking the logic in the memmove() function.

Similar observation happens on some VM migration scenarios.

Patch the proper sequences depending on which feature is enabled.

KASAN cannot just hijack the mem*() functions, it needs to emit
__asan_mem*() variants if it wants instrumentation (other sanitizers
already do this).

vmlinux.o: warning: objtool: sync_regs+0x24: call to memcpy() leaves .noinstr.text section
vmlinux.o: warning: objtool: vc_switch_off_ist+0xbe: call to memcpy() leaves .noinstr.text section
vmlinux.o: warning: objtool: fixup_bad_iret+0x36: call to memset() leaves .noinstr.text section
vmlinux.o: warning: objtool: __sev_get_ghcb+0xa0: call to memcpy() leaves .noinstr.text section
vmlinux.o: warning: objtool: __sev_put_ghcb+0x35: call to memcpy() leaves .noinstr.text section

Remove the weak aliases to ensure nobody hijacks these functions and
add them to the noinstr section.

x86: Use return-thunk in asm code

Use the return thunk in asm code. If the thunk isn't needed, it will
get patched into a RET instruction during boot by apply_returns().

Since alternatives can't handle relocations outside of the first
instruction, putting a 'jmp __x86_return_thunk' in one is not valid,
therefore carve out the memmove ERMS path into a separate label and jump
to it.

x86: clean up symbol aliasing

Now that we have SYM_FUNC_ALIAS() and SYM_FUNC_ALIAS_WEAK(), use those
to simplify the definition of function aliases across arch/x86.

For clarity, where there are multiple annotations such as
EXPORT_SYMBOL(), I've tried to keep annotations grouped by symbol. For
example, where a function has a name and an alias which are both
exported, this is organised as:

	SYM_FUNC_START(func)
	    ... asm insns ...
	SYM_FUNC_END(func)
	EXPORT_SYMBOL(func)

	SYM_FUNC_ALIAS(alias, func)
	EXPORT_SYMBOL(alias)

Where there are only aliases and no exports or other annotations, I have
not bothered with line spacing, e.g.

	SYM_FUNC_START(func)
	    ... asm insns ...
	SYM_FUNC_END(func)
	SYM_FUNC_ALIAS(alias, func)

The tools/perf/ copies of memset_64.S and memset_64.S are updated
likewise to avoid the build system complaining these are mismatched:

| Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S' differs from latest version at 'arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S'
| diff -u tools/arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S
| Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/arch/x86/lib/memset_64.S' differs from latest version at 'arch/x86/lib/memset_64.S'
| diff -u tools/arch/x86/lib/memset_64.S arch/x86/lib/memset_64.S

There should be no functional change as a result of this patch.

Make use of an upcoming GCC feature to mitigate
straight-line-speculation for x86:

  https://gcc.gnu.org/g:53a643f8568067d7700a9f2facc8ba39974973d3
  https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=102952
  https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52323

It's built tested on x86_64-allyesconfig using GCC-12 and GCC-11.

Maintenance overhead of this should be fairly low due to objtool
validation.

Size overhead of all these additional int3 instructions comes to:

text data bss dec hex	filename
  22267751	6933356	2011368	31212475	1dc43bb	defconfig-build/vmlinux
  22804126	6933356	1470696	31208178	1dc32f2	defconfig-build/vmlinux.sls

Or roughly 2.4% additional text.

Replace all ret/retq instructions with RET in preparation of making
RET a macro. Since AS is case insensitive it's a big no-op without
RET defined.

Merge arch/x86/include/asm/alternative-asm.h into
arch/x86/include/asm/alternative.h in order to make it easier to use
common definitions later.

x86/lib: Change .weak to SYM_FUNC_START_WEAK for arch/x86/lib/mem*_64.S

Commit

393f203f5fd5 ("x86_64: kasan: add interceptors for memset/memmove/memcpy functions")

added .weak directives to arch/x86/lib/mem*_64.S instead of changing the
existing ENTRY macros to WEAK. This can lead to the assembly snippet

  .weak memcpy
  ...
  .globl memcpy

which will produce a STB_WEAK memcpy with GNU as but STB_GLOBAL memcpy
with LLVM's integrated assembler before LLVM 12. LLVM 12 (since
https://reviews.llvm.org/D90108) will error on such an overridden symbol
binding.

Commit

ef1e03152cb0 ("x86/asm: Make some functions local")

changed ENTRY in arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S to SYM_FUNC_START_LOCAL, which
was ineffective due to the preceding .weak directive.

Use the appropriate SYM_FUNC_START_WEAK instead.
