ACPICA: Implement deferred resolution of reference package elements

ACPICA commit 0c08790c56fdf0dc081ae869495a09d8c4230854

This change defers the resolution of package elements that
are named references until after the entire namespace has been
loaded from the definition block. This allows such references
to be in fact forward references for both module level code
and control methods.

ACPICA: linuxize: cleanup typedef definitions

ACPICA commit 894e49ef22db354eb1685cdb6f5f991766351d3c

acpisrc now has capability to convert both the followings:
1. Form 1:
  typedef struct/union foo {         struct/union foo {
     ....                       -->      ...
  } FOO;                             }
2. Form 2:
  typedef struct/union foo FOO; -->  typedef struct/union foo foo;
It becomes unable to handle the following:
3. Form3:
  typedef struct/union foo { /* comment */
      ...
  } FOO;
    -->
  strut/union foo { /* comment */
      ...
  };

As:
1. The purpose of acpisrc is to convert formatted code (ACPICA coding
   style) into linux coding style,
2. acpisrc is a very simple tool that doesn't fully handle C language.
This commit changes the definitions side in order not to regress and we
shall make "no comments in struct/union line" as a new ACPICA coding style

ACPICA: Events: Enhance acpi_ev_execute_reg_method() to ensure no _REG evaluations can happen during OS early boot stages

We can ensure no early _REG evaluations by ensuring the following rules in
acpi_ev_execute_reg_method():
1. If an address space handler is installed during early stage,
   _REG(CONNECT) evaluations are blocked. This is achieved using
   acpi_gbl_reg_methods_enabled which is renamed from
   acpi_gbl_reg_methods_executed.
2. If _REG(CONNECT) has never been evalauted for the region object,
   _REG(DISCONNECT) evaluations are blocked. This is achieved by a new
   region object flag: AOPOBJ_REG_CONNECTED.
Note that, after applying this patch, we can ensure _REG(DISCONNECT) is
always paired to _REG(CONNECT). Lv Zheng

ACPICA: Executer: Add back pointing reference of method operand

This patch adds back pointing reference of the namespace node for a method
operand. The namespace node then can be used in
acpi_ds_terminate_control_method() to obtain method full path to be used by

ACPICA: Cleanup output for the ASL Debug object

Especially for use of the Index operator. For buffers and strings,
only output the actual byte pointed to by the index. For packages,
only print the package element decoded by the index.
