All kobjects require a dynamically allocated name now. We no longer
need to keep track if the name is statically assigned, we can just
unconditionally free() all kobject names on cleanup.

Make "module name" actually match the file name.
Invoke with ';' as leaving it off confuses Lindent and gcc doesn't care.
Fix indentation where Lindent did get confused.

Remove flags parameter for acpi_{get,set}_register().
It is no longer necessary now that these functions use a
spinlock for mutual exclusion.
