The test allocates 5 buffers of various sizes to cover all possible page alignment cases, and frees the buffers using a list of exhaustive freeing order. Test: boot the device with ANDROID_BINDER_IPC_SELFTEST config option enabled. Allocator selftest passes. driver. Split binder_alloc functions from normal binder functions.

No matter what comes in the future, we are going to have to support this API, so might as well move it to the "real" part of the kernel as there's no real work that needs to be done to the existing code.
