pata_marvell: Add support for 88SE91A0, 88SE91A4

This patch enables support for Marvell IDE PATA controllers found on
Asus P8P67LE motherboard.

The formatting has been corrected and I also received a report from two
users of this motherboard that the patch works.

Separate out ata_pci_bmdma_prepare_host() and ata_pci_bmdma_init_one()
from their SFF counterparts.  SFF ones no longer try to initialize
BMDMA or set PCI master.

libata: Pass host flags into the pci helper

This allows parallel scan and the like to be set without having to stop
using the existing full helper functions. This patch merely adds the argument
and fixes up the callers. It doesn't undo the special cases already in the
tree or add any new parallel callers.

The marvell driver comtains a fallback to ahci for the sata ports
which is incorrectly checked as CONFIG_AHCI while the only AHCI config
item is actually called SATA_AHCI (which also sounds sensible
considering it's a fallback for the sata ports).

ahci, pata_marvell: play nicely together

I've been chasing Jeff about this for months.  Jeff added the Marvell
device identifiers to the ahci driver without making the AHCI driver
handle the PATA port. This means a lot of users can't use current
kernels and in most distro cases can't even install.

This has been going on since March 2008 for the 6121 Marvell, and late 2007
for the 6145!!!

This was all pointed out at the time and repeatedly ignored. Bugs assigned
to Jeff about this are ignored also.

To quote Jeff in email

> "Just switch the order of 'ahci' and 'pata_marvell' in
> /etc/modprobe.conf, then use Fedora's tools regenerate the initrd.

(Which isn't trivial, isn't end user, shouldn't be needed, and as it usually
breaks at install time is in fact impossible)

To quote Jeff in August 2007

> "   mv-ahci-pata
> Marvell 6121/6141 PATA support.  Needs fixing in the 'PATA controller
> command' area before it is usable, and can go upstream."

Only he add the ids anyway later and caused regressions, adding a further
id in March causing more regresions.

The actual fix for the moment is very simple. If the user has included
the pata_marvell driver let it drive the ports. If they've only selected
for SATA support give them the AHCI driver which will run the port a fraction
faster. Allow the user to control this decision via ahci.marvell_enable as
a module parameter so that distributions can ship 'it works' defaults and
smarter users (or config tools) can then flip it over it desired.

libata: rename SFF functions

SFF functions have confusing names.  Some have sff prefix, some have
bmdma, some std, some pci and some none.  Unify the naming by...

* SFF functions which are common to both BMDMA and non-BMDMA are
  prefixed with ata_sff_.

* SFF functions which are specific to BMDMA are prefixed with
  ata_bmdma_.

* SFF functions which are specific to PCI but apply to both BMDMA and
  non-BMDMA are prefixed with ata_pci_sff_.

* SFF functions which are specific to PCI and BMDMA are prefixed with
  ata_pci_bmdma_.

* Drop generic prefixes from LLD specific routines.  For example,
  bfin_std_dev_select -> bfin_dev_select.

The following renames are noteworthy.

  ata_qc_issue_prot() -> ata_sff_qc_issue()
  ata_pci_default_filter() -> ata_bmdma_mode_filter()
  ata_dev_try_classify() -> ata_sff_dev_classify()

This rename is in preparation of separating SFF support out of libata
core layer.  This patch strictly renames functions and doesn't
introduce any behavior difference.
