Commit eab215855803 ("dmaengine: pl330: dont complete descriptor for
cyclic dma") wrongly completes descriptor for cyclic dma, hence following
BUG_ON is still hit with cyclic DMA operations.

the cookie updates completed the cyclic dma descriptor wrongly. Add context parameter to device_prep_slave_sg() and device_prep_dma_cyclic() interfaces to allow passing client/target specific information associated with the data transfer. For simple modules that contain a single amba_driver without any additional setup code then ends up being a block of duplicated boilerplate. This patch adds a new macro, module_amba_driver(), which replaces the module_init()/module_exit() registrations with template functions.
