<title>EDAC/ppc4xx: Convert to platform remove callback returning void</title>

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.

To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove().

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

When moving the definition of ppc4xx_edac_driver further down, the
forward declarations can just be dropped.

Do this to reduce needless line repetition.

Commit 4d5c5bad5193 ("powerpc: Remove asm/prom.h from asm/mpc52xx.h

errors in ppc4xx_edac.c due to missing header. Include required

Now that we have a custom printf format specifier, convert users of
full_name to use %pOF instead. This is preparation to remove storing of
the full path string for each node.

We'd like to eventually remove NO_IRQ on powerpc, so remove usages of it
from powerpc-only drivers.

The pdata structs are kzalloc'ed, so we don't need to initialise those
to 0, we can just drop the assignments entirely.
