We already teach lockdep that dma_resv nests within drm_modeset_lock,
but there's a lot more: All drm kms ioctl rely on being able to
put/get_user while holding modeset locks, so we really need a
might_fault in there too to complete the picture. Add it.

Motivated by a syzbot report that blew up on bcachefs doing an
unconditional console_lock way deep in the locking hierarchy, and
lockdep only noticing the depency loop in a drm ioctl instead of much
earlier. This annotation will make sure such issues have a much harder
time escaping.

<title>drm: Introduce plane SIZE_HINTS property</title>

Add a new immutable plane property by which a plane can advertise
a handful of recommended plane sizes. This would be mostly exposed
by cursor planes as a slightly more capable replacement for
the DRM_CAP_CURSOR_WIDTH/HEIGHT caps, which can only declare
a one size fits all limit for the whole device.

Currently eg. amdgpu/i915/nouveau just advertize the max cursor
size via the cursor size caps. But always using the max sized
cursor can waste a surprising amount of power, so a better
strategy is desirable.

Most other drivers don't specify any cursor size at all, in
which case the ioctl code just claims that 64x64 is a great
choice. Whether that is actually true is debatable.

A poll of various compositor developers informs us that
blindly probing with setcursor/atomic ioctl to determine
suitable cursor sizes is not acceptable, thus the
introduction of the new property to supplant the cursor
size caps. The compositor will now be free to select a
more optimal cursor size from the short list of options.

Note that the reported sizes (either via the property or the
caps) make no claims about things such as plane scaling. So
these things should only really be consulted for simple
"cursor like" use cases.

Userspace consumer in the form of mutter seems ready:

The mutex was completely pointless in the first place since any
parallel adding of files to this list would result in random
behavior since the list is filled and consumed multiple times.

Completely drop that approach and just create the files directly but
return -ENODEV while opening the file when the minors are not
registered yet.

v2: rebase on debugfs directory rework, limit access before minors are
    registered.

Although the device-centered debugfs functions can track requests for
the addition of DRM debugfs files at any time and have them added all
at once during drm_dev_register(), they are not able to create debugfs
files for modeset components, as they are registered after the primary
and the render drm_minor are registered.

So, create a drm_debugfs_late_register() function, which is responsible
for dealing with the creation of all the debugfs files for modeset
components at once. Therefore, the functions drm_debugfs_add_file()
and drm_debugfs_add_files() can be used in late_register hooks.

This reverts commit 981f09295687f856d5345e19c7084aca481c1395.

It turns out this causes logically active but disconnected DP MST
connectors to disappear from the KMS resources list, and Mutter
then assumes the connector is already disabled. Later on Mutter tries
to re-use the same CRTC but fails since on the kernel side it's still
tied to the disconnected DP MST connector.

When registering a connector, the kernel sends a hotplug uevent in
drm_connector_register(). When unregistering a connector, drivers
are expected to send a uevent as well. However, user-space has no way
to figure out that the connector isn't registered anymore: it'll still
be reported in GETCONNECTOR IOCTLs.

idr_init_base(), implemented by commit 6ce711f27500 ("idr: Make 1-based
IDRs more efficient"), let us set an arbitrary base other than
idr_init(), which uses base 0.

Since, for this IDR, no ID &lt; 1 is ever requested/allocated, using
idr_init_base(&amp;idr, 1) avoids unnecessary tree walks.
