Switch driver over to the new drmm_connector_hdmi_init() signature and
advertise HDMI 1.2 support. The vendor, product, supported_formats and
max_bpc values previously passed as arguments are now provided through
struct drm_connector_hdmi_funcs, together with the new
supported_hdmi_ver field.

The HDMI connector helpers infer the 165 MHz TMDS character rate ceiling
from supported_hdmi_ver and reject modes exceeding it before invoking
the driver's .tmds_char_rate_valid() hook. This makes the explicit mode
clock check in sun4i_hdmi_connector_clock_valid() redundant, so drop it.

No functional change intended.

<title>drm/display: hdmi: Rename drmm_connector_hdmi_init() to *_ini2()</title>

In preparation for changing the signature of drmm_connector_hdmi_init(),
i.e. dropping the vendor, product, supported_formats and max_bpc
arguments, which are being moved into struct drm_connector_hdmi_funcs,
temporarily rename the helper to drmm_connector_hdmi_ini2().

This lets the new signature be introduced under the original name while
callers are converted incrementally. The final patch removes *_ini2()
once no callers remain.

This is a mechanical, same-length rename performed with sed:

  $ git grep -l 'drmm_connector_hdmi_init' -- '*.[ch]' \
    | xargs sed -i 's/drmm_connector_hdmi_init/drmm_connector_hdmi_ini2/g'

The transitional name matches the original's length so continuation-line
arguments stay aligned to the opening parenthesis, keeping the diff to
the identifier itself and avoiding re-alignment churn here and in the
later conversions.

No functional change intended.

<title>drm/debugfs: Move HDMI debugfs registration to state helper</title>

The HDMI debugfs files are only useful for connectors that already make
use of the HDMI state helpers. In addition, relying on HDMI-specific
functions in drm_debugfs.c can lead to circular linking problems later
down the line.

Move hdmi_debugfs_add() and friends to a new helper in
drm_hdmi_state_helper.c, and make all current users (vc4, sun4i, bridge)
either use it as a debugfs_init func, or call it directly in its
debugfs_init func.

<title>drm/sun4i: hdmi-phy: Fix H6 8-bit MPLL config at 594 MHz</title>

The 8-bit entry of the last MPLL row (594 MHz) doesn't lock reliably on
H6. 4K@60 RGB/YUV444, which is the mode that reaches this entry, doesn't
come up.

Align the value with the vendor driver. Other entries are left alone,
they are used by lower pixel clocks which work fine.

Tested with 4K@60 on a LG TV.

Two references are leaked every time the display pipeline is walked:
the output port node in sun4i_drv_traverse_endpoints(), which was never
released since the driver was introduced, and each node taken out of
the endpoint fifo in sun4i_drv_probe(), which stopped being released
when the fifo was introduced. The latter is still safe to drop right
after processing, since drm_of_component_match_add() takes its own
reference.

sun4i_tcon_of_get_id_from_port() never drops the reference taken by
of_graph_get_remote_endpoint(). The function is not only called during
bind, but also on every mode set through sun8i_r40_tcon_tv_set_mux(),
so the leak accumulates.
