ttm: Clear the ttm page allocated from high memory zone correctly

The TTM page can be allocated from high memory. In such case it is
wrong to use the page_address(page) as the virtual address for the high memory
page.

drm/ttm: Fix spinlock imbalance

This reverts commit dfadbbdb57b3f2bb33e14f129a43047c6f0caefa.

Further upstream discussion between Marek and Thomas decided this wasn't
fully baked and needed further work, so revert it before it hits mainline.

drm/ttm: request zeroed system memory pages for new TT buffer objects

for any newly created TTM_PL_TT buffer.
