<title>drm/xe: Allow to trigger GT resets using debugfs writes</title>

Today we allow to trigger GT resest by reading dedicated debugfs
files "force_reset" and "force_reset_sync" that we are exposing
using drm_info_list[] and drm_debugfs_create_files().

To avoid triggering potentially disruptive actions during otherwise
"safe" read operations, expose those two attributes using debugfs
function where we can specify file permissions and provide custom
"write" handler to trigger the GT resets also from there.

This step would allow us to drop triggering GT resets during read
operations, which we leave just to give users more time to switch.

xe_force_wake_get() is dependent on xe_pm_runtime_get(), so for
the release path, xe_force_wake_put() should be called first then
xe_pm_runtime_put().
Combine the error path and normal path together with goto.

Add a list of active tunings to debugfs, analogous to the existing
list of workarounds.

Rationale being that it seems to make sense to either have both or none.

With xe_force_wake_get() now returning the refcount-incremented
domain mask, a non-zero return value in the case of XE_FORCEWAKE_ALL does
not necessarily indicate success. Use xe_force_wake_ref_has_domain()
determine the status of the call.

Modify the return handling of xe_force_wake_get() accordingly and
pass the return value to xe_force_wake_put().

v3
- return xe_wakeref_t instead of int in xe_force_wake_get()
- xe_force_wake_put() error doesn't need to be checked. It internally
WARNS on domain ack failure.

v5
- return unsigned int for xe_force_wake_get()

v6
- use helper xe_force_wake_ref_has_domain()

Coarse Powergating is a power saving technique where Render and Media
can be power-gated independently irrespective of the rest of the GT.

For debug purposes, it is useful to expose the powergating information.

v2: move to debugfs
    add details to commit message
    add per-slice status for media
    define reg bits in descending order (Matt Roper)

v3: fix return statement
    fix kernel-doc
    use loop for media slices
    use helper function for status (Michal)

We currently have debugfs support that allows the userspace to initiate
an asynchronous gt reset on command. However, userspace may also wish
to wait for the completion of the gt reset before performing any
additional work. To that end, add a version of the force_reset gt
debugfs function that operates synchronously.
