This reverts commit 5040cb8b7e61b7a03e8837920b9eb2c839bb1947.

It breaks previously working ide-cs PIO configurations, causing problems
like

	ide2: I/O resource 0xF883200E-0xF883200E not free.
ide2: ports already in use, skipping probe

rather than a working kernel.

<title>[PATCH] m68k: completely initialize hw_regs_t in ide_setup_ports</title>

ide_setup_ports does not completely initialize the hw_regs_t structure which
can cause random failures, as the structure is often on the stack. None of
the callers expect a partially initialized structure, i.e. none of them do
any setup of their own before calling ide_setup_ports().

Instead of the two status values struct pcmcia_device-&gt;p_state and state,
use descriptive bitfields. Most value-checking in drivers was invalid, as
the core now only calls the -&gt;remove() (a.k.a. detach) function in case the
attachement _and_ configuration was successful.

Most of the driver initialization isn't done in the .probe function, but in
the internal _config() functions. Make them return a value, so that .probe
can properly report whether the probing of the device succeeded or not.
