This patch adds a comment to the IIO Kconfig and Makefile files to document that the entries should be kept in alphabetical order. Also reorder those entries which weren't in alphabetical order yet. conflicts. This patch adds a comment to the IIO Kconfig and Makefile files to
document that the entries should be kept in alphabetical order.

Also reorder those  entries which weren't in alphabetical order yet.
