drxk: Does not unlock mutex if sanity check failed in scu_command()

If sanity check fails in scu_command(), goto error leads to unlock of
an unheld mutex. The check should not fail in reality, but it nevertheless
worth fixing.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).

lgdt330x: fix signedness error in i2c_read_demod_bytes()

The error handling in lgdt3303_read_status() and lgdt330x_read_ucblocks()
doesn't work, because i2c_read_demod_bytes() returns a u8 and (err < 0)
is always false.

        err = i2c_read_demod_bytes(state, 0x58, buf, 1);
        if (err < 0)
                return err;

Change the return type of i2c_read_demod_bytes() to int.  Also change
the return value on error to -EIO to make (err < 0) work.

A pending cleanup will mean that module.h won't be implicitly
everywhere anymore.  Make sure the modular drivers in clocksource
are actually calling out for  explicitly in advance.

In stb0899_status stb0899_check_data the first read of STB0899_VSTATUS
could read old (from previous search) LOOP status bit and the search
fails on a good frequency.

With the patch more transponder could be locked and locks about 2*
faster.

[media] it913x-fe changes to power up and down of tuner

Currently the tuner is constantly powered causing these effects.
1. Remembering last tune channel causing corruptions of changing channel.
2. Causing corruption on other frontend.
3. Higher current in standby of demodulator with clock running.

Power sequence now follows;
Power Up
Tuner on -> Frontend suspend off -> Tuner clk on
Power Down
Frontend suspend on -> Tuner clk off -> Tuner off

Documentation files, in comments, etc.). These broken references are
caused by typo's in the references, and by renames or removals of the
Documentation files. Some broken references are simply odd.

Fix these broken references, sometimes by dropping the irrelevant text
they were part of.

there is a lock. This patch set the right bits even if there is no lock.
