media: s5p-mfc: fix mmap support for 64bit arch

TASK_SIZE is depends on the systems architecture (32 or 64 bits) and it
should not be used for defining offset boundary for mmaping buffers for
CAPTURE and OUTPUT queues. This patch fixes support for MMAP calls on
the CAPTURE queue on 64bit architectures (like ARM64).

sh_veu: v4l2_dev wasn't set

The field is assigned but never read, remove it.

This fixes a bug caused by the struct vb2_buffer field not being be the
very first field of the vsp1_video_buffer buffer structure as required
by videobuf2.

Commit 3fdfedaaa "[media] omap3isp: preview: Lower the crop margins"
accidentally changed the previewer's cropping, causing the previewer
to miss four pixels on each line, thus corrupting the final image.
Restored the removed setting.

media: s5p_mfc: remove s5p_mfc_get_node_type() function

s5p_mfc_get_node_type() relies on get_index() helper function, which in
turn relies on video_device index numbers assigned on driver
registration. All this code is not really needed, because there is
already access to respective video_device structures via common
s5p_mfc_dev structure. This fixes the issues introduced by patch
1056e4388b0454917a512618c8416a98628fc9ce ("v4l2-dev: Fix race condition
on __video_register_device"), which has been merged in v3.12-rc1.

[media] s5p-jpeg: Initialize vfd_decoder->vfl_dir field

This patch fixes regression introduced in commit 5c77879ff9ab9e7
"[media] v4l2-dev: add new VFL_DIR_ defines" caused by not initializing
the vfl_dir field of the vfd_decoder instance of struct video_device,
after the field was introduced. It precluded calling the driver's ioctls
which require vfl_dir not to be equal to VFL_DIR_RX which is defined as
0 and uninitialized vfl_dir field is interpreted as such. In effect the
test in the v4l_s_fmt function failed for the ioctls that expect is_tx
to be false, which prevented the ioctl callbacks registered by the driver
from being called.

[media] mx3-camera: locking cleanup in mx3_videobuf_queue()

Smatch complains about the locking here because we mix spin_lock_irq()
with spin_lock_irqsave() in an unusual way.  According to Smatch, it's
not always clear if the IRQs are enabled or disabled when we return.  It
turns out this function is always called with IRQs enabled and we can
just use spin_lock_irq().
It's called from __enqueue_in_driver().

Remove GENERIC_HARDIRQ config option

After the last architecture switched to generic hard irqs the config
options HAVE_GENERIC_HARDIRQS & GENERIC_HARDIRQS and the related code
for !CONFIG_GENERIC_HARDIRQS can be removed.
