<title>net: dsa: b53: restore the NSP IMP port 2 Gbps mode</title>

The Northstar Plus IMP port uses the switch's proprietary 2 Gbps mode for
its internal link to the AMAC. Its fixed-link description reports 1 Gbps,
so applying that speed clears PORT_OVERRIDE_SPEED_2000M and leaves the two
ends of the internal link configured at different speeds.

Force the 2 Gbps mode and flow control for BCM5301x and NSP CPU ports. The
mismatch caused switch output queue discards on both copper and SerDes
ports, with one discard for every TCP retransmission. With both ends
restored to their high-speed modes, iperf3 reports no retransmissions.

IGMPv2 reports and MLDv1 reports are addressed to the multicast group
itself. Once the first listener is installed in the ARL table, subsequent
reports can follow that entry without reaching the CPU. The bridge then
fails to learn additional listeners, although static MDB forwarding works.

Enable the high-level protocol classifiers so that IGMP and MLD control
packets are copied to the CPU independently of the multicast ARL lookup.
Retain normal L2 forwarding by clearing the CPU-only forwarding modes,
and preserve unrelated protocol-control fields.

Handle the BCM5395's 16-bit register and different classifier fields
separately from the 32-bit layout on the BCM531xx, BCM5301x and newer
integrated RoboSwitch families, including BCM7445, BCM7278 and BCM4908.
Export the helper and call it from bcm_sf2_sw_setup() as well, since SF2
uses its own setup operation instead of b53_setup(). This also restores
the classifiers after the switch reset on resume. Leave older devices
with different IGMP controls untouched, and propagate register access
failures during setup.

The SF2 setup integration and BCM4908 chip gate were updated with
assistance from OpenAI Codex in response to review feedback.

The blamed commit replaced "return ret" statements in b53_fdb_dump()
with "break;" which jumps to the mutex_unlock() -&gt; return 0 section.

This is notably problematic because it swallows errors from the
b53_fdb_copy() -&gt; cb() path, and this will result in FDB dump truncation
when the netlink skb overflows - see commit 21b52fed928e ("net: dsa:
sja1105: fix broken backpressure in .port_fdb_dump").

Let's go back to "return ret". We don't need to preinitialize "ret" with
0, because the "do {} while" block guarantees we cannot reach the end of
the function without at least once calling b53_arl_search_wait(), which
will have initialized ret to some valid value.

The MIPS bcm53xx platform still uses the legacy gpiolib interfaces based
on gpio numbers, but other platforms do not.

Hide these interfaces inside of the existing #ifdef block and use the
modern interfaces in the common parts of the driver to allow building
it when the gpio_set_value() is left out of the kernel.

port_fdb_dump() is supposed to only add fdb entries, but we iterate over
the full ARL table, which also includes multicast entries.

So check if the entry is a multicast entry before passing it on to the
callback().

Additionally, the port of those entries is a bitmask, not a port number,
so any included entries would have even be for the wrong port.
