All of the config data files and all of the register definition
files (plus a few others) use GSI_EE_AP, which is defined in
"ipa_version.h". Include that header where it's needed.

All of the IPA register definition files include "../ipa.h", though
none of them need anything defined there. Similarly, all of the GSI
register definition files include "../gsi.h", but don't need anything
defined there. Remove these unnneded includes.

All of the configuration data files include "../gsi.h", though none
of them need anything defined there, so remove these includes.

Remove other includes of local header files that are not required.

Some IPA header files use types defined in <linux/types.h>, but do
not include that file:
  - In "ipa_mem.h", the ipa_mem structure has u16 and u32 fields
  - In "ipa_power.h", ipa_power_retention() takes a bool argument,
    and ipa_core_clock_rate() returns u32
  - In "ipa_version.h", ipa_version_supported() returns bool
Include it in these files to satisfy their dependencies.

The ipa_qmi structure (defined in "ipa_qmi.h") contains a work
structure, so include <linux/workqueue.h> in there.

All of the data and register definition files, as well as "reg.h",
use the ARRAY_SIZE() macro. Include <linux/array_size.h> everywhere
it's used.

Similarly, all register definition files (and a few others) use the
GENMASK() macro, so include <linux/bits.h> to ensure it's defined
where used. BIT() becomes available by including this file also.

Commit b310de784bacd ("net: ipa: add IPA v4.7 support") was merged
despite an unresolved comment made by Konrad Dybcio. Konrad
observed that the IMEM region specified for IPA v4.7 did not match
that used downstream for the SM7225 SoC. In "lagoon.dtsi" present
in a Sony Xperia source tree, a ipa_smmu_ap node was defined with a
"qcom,additional-mapping" property that defined the IPA IMEM area
starting at offset 0x146a8000 (not 0x146a9000 that was committed).

The IPA v4.7 target system used for testing uses the SM7225 SoC, so
we'll adhere what the downstream code specifies is the address of
the IMEM region used for IPA.

Currently all platforms are assumed allot 8 routing table entries
for use by the modem. Instead, add a new configuration data entry
that defines the number of modem routing table entries, and record
that in the IPA structure.

Some resource limits on IPA v3.5.1 have their max values set to
255, this causes a few splats in ipa_reg_encode and prevents the
IPA from booting properly. The limits are all 6 bits wide so
adjust the max values to 63.

The backward compatibility register (BCR) has a set of bit flags
that indicate ways in which the IPA hardware should operate in a
backward compatible way. The register is not supported starting
with IPA v4.5, and where it is supported, defined bits all have the
same numeric value.

Redefine these flags using an enumerated type, with each member's
value representing the bit position that encodes it in the BCR.
This replaces all of the single-bit field masks previously defined.
