These files were using moduleparam infrastructure, but were not
including anything for it -- which is fine when module.h is being
implicitly included in all files, but that is going away.

These were getting the macros from an implicit module.h
include via device.h, but we are planning to clean that up.

drivers/net: Add export.h to wireless/brcm80211/brcmfmac/bcmsdh.c

This relatively recently added file uses EXPORT_SYMBOL and hence
needs export.h included so that it is compatible with the module.h
split up work.

The device.h header was including module.h, making it present for
most of these drivers. But we want to clean that up. Call out the
include of module.h in the modular network drivers.

<title>PM / Runtime: Add macro to test for runtime PM events</title>

This patch (as1482) adds a macro for testing whether or not a
pm_message value represents an autosuspend or autoresume (i.e., a
runtime PM) event. Encapsulating this notion seems preferable to
open-coding the test all over the place.

i2400m implements dynamic work allocation and queueing mechanism in
i2400_schedule_work(); however, this is only used for reset and
recovery which can be served equally well with preallocated per device
works.

Replace i2400m_schedule_work() with two work structs in struct i2400m.
These works are explicitly canceled when the device is released making
calls to flush_scheduled_work(), which is being deprecated,
unnecessary.
